Juz becos other staffs are not working doesnt mean i have nothing to do....

Type invoice - so call urgent cos J is not in office so i got to do... "URGENT" cos customer leaving SG tat very day...

Settle china vsl - becos JO cant speak / type chinese well so i have to take over.. "URGENT" cos wanna close the issue on this vessel... from one call leads to many calls to china...

certs abt to expire - FA not doing, become my job... "URGENT" cos my boss will lose charter fees if I didnt do anything...

scanning and copying dwgs - cos nobody else seems to rmb hw to do tat..

sent dwg for colour printing - cos no one else noes how to ask who is the printer.. "URGENT" cos vessel leaving soon

cupboard lost key - i have to get it fixed

order cupboards but Admin dun wanna give oso my fault

collect faxes, letters, etc -

translator - find words for the others in different languages

searching online for stuff they need

type internal contracts for subsidiary company as and when they need... "URGENT"

Documents missing i have to put everything aside to search for the things...

It is not tat i am lazy to complete the amount of work... I like to be busy at work and see that things had been done... But i dun see why i have to spend my working hours doing other people's work while they sit around chit chatting, slacking, curry favouring the GM, neglecting my own work and letting my GM tinks tat i am actually very free....

I can feel my blood pressure going up very high... I dun wanna be like my ex-manger, CL who has high blood pressure due to working with my GM... I am doing all this ranting to get the things off my chest... not to gossip or tok bad abt anyone... i am not in the position to judge anyone either... Forgive me for all this anger and frustrations...
