okok.... i promise to clear the web on this page...

hmmm.... recently had been a hassle... One of my colleague had left... Then his replacement came... with no experiences at all... Actually he applied for another position, somehow he was thrown to our dept.... zzz...

I got a intern joining our company for 6 weeks... at first, she was rather helpful... as times goes by, i realise she actually have a habit of self deleting instructions... NOW, i have to keep asking if she is free to help me... A few incidents happened which really make frustrated but dun tink i will write them here as most of you have already know wat had happened... Cant really rmb all the details oredi...

Like i was saying, when we decide to pen down our thots, all the anger and frustrated had already vanished... We juz received our pay and noe how much increment we can get this year... mine was really unexpected... it is not as much as i thot it shd be.... it was CT who made all the decisions... For those who dunno who is CT, he is my boss!!! who treasures pple who cant work and have no paper qualifications... Please dun be mistaken... I have nothing against those without diplomas/degrees... i am also not a degree holder... i noe i wont be able to get much but i realised tat i didnt get anything extra from graduating with the advance dip... the course which i had taken in order to do a shortcut for a degree is really a waste of time in my dept... Why did i say he "treasures pple who cant work and have no paper qualifications" is simply becos he can control all these pple like puppets... Pple who has initiative or liked by the management will be detest by him. No initiation he says we are stupid... being initiative then he will say why nv consult him... i really wonder how i survive in his dept for nearly 3 yrs...

Sel was comforting me, say i could consider toking to her boss abt my upsets... i am really in dilemma... should i apply for transfer or not... really cant let go of this dept... the system is really in a mess but at least i still have feelings for the work...
