The long-awaited pay slip for March had finally been released today... The reason being there is increment for some of us and the big boss would like to take a look before all letters had been distributed to us...

CT had a short talk with me while passing me my pay slip and letter... He shd really be in PR instead... Why did i say tat? It happened this afternoon when i knocked on his office door to ask about some work related issues...

CT, do you want me to reply mail to GL??
Ok... go ahead...

*Short Pause

Hmmm... Have a seat.I heard that you are not happy with your increment.

Yes, i replied.

You see, people here are different... You tink SZ & SL deserve their pay? You cannot compare us with them... They sit so close to the emperors(refering to our directors) and so they can see the work they do... Wheras we work hard and nobody can see as much that's why your increment is not satisfactory... It is unfair to us... If we can fight for increment, JE shd get the most cos she bill the customers... If the invoice is wrong then we may get into trouble... You cant compare with the rest of the people... So long as we are happy with what we are doing can oredi.... Our dept very good wat... Wanna take leave can take leave... You take me for example... I am also underpaid, only this time the emperors gave me an increment...

I nodded... Then he continued to have small talk(kinda first time he tried)...

So i heard you intro your fren to work for Mr T...

No.. My classmates had all either transferred dept else got better job elsewhere...

So basically is juz admin experience lah??

I dismissed myself from his office...

I was not upset at all about this talk... Not like the initial stage of shock i had when i knew how much increment i have... Somehow i find it amusing... Working for almost 3 years under CT and i am still surviving...
