happy new year everyone... havent been blogging for a loooong time...

Been very busy with Asher boy who arrived on 19th dec 2008... it had been a long day.. started with waterbag leaking at 11+pm... Called my gynae and he asked me to go hospital... reached Mount Alvernia at 1am... was asked to change to the delivery gown and empty my bladder...

Right after which i was told to have a good rest... on and off the nurses will come in to check my blood pressure and contractions... my gynae came at 930am and after some checking, he burst my waterbag.. TIS is DAMN PAINFUL... the opening is only 1cm... crap, long way to go... my gynae left and said he will be back around 1+pm...

after the waterbag had burst, on and off the contractions started coming but it wasnt painful or anything... at 2+pm, my cervix opening is only 2cm... OMG... from 930-2pm, open only 1 cm... by 3+, i start having very bad achings on my thighs... the nurse came in to check on me again... my gynae says tat if the opening is still so small by 5pm, i have to go into C sect... strangely after, at 5plus, the opening is about 6cm le... which is oso the point whereby i cant bear the aching anymore and gave in to epidural... time begin to drag...

finally at 7+, 8pm, i was almost ready to deliver... the nurses tried asking me to push while waiting for my gynae... i was pushing and pushing but somehow the position was a bit wrong... eventually when they decided that i was taking too long they said i need assisted delivery and they adjust my position again.. this time round when i push, i can finally push a bit of asher out... after 2-3 tries, Asher is finally OUT......................
