She is a super duper irritating woman.... always transfer wrong number, my name is not HL... my name is not JO... my name is not JW... my name is not even DIN!!! i call her back before to ask her to check which dept the other party is looking for b4 she transfer and she says okok but still i get so many nuisance calls... nvm...

distribute letters without looking properly... letters attn to SY she oso pass to OM... letters for directors oso pass to us... letters belonging to btm pple oso pass to us... Keep passing to us EVEN THOUGH we passed it back to her to say this doesnt belongs to our dept... Instead of taking initiative to ask the her superiors/colleagues, she juz keep throwing the letters back to us. Until i go over to tell her face to face tat person is not from our dept, she asked me instead.. "then whose.." i dun even noe the name, hw can i ans her qn??? did mention to her the best person to ask is her superior but she juz ignored it... y cant u juz ask the correct person..???

open the despatch shared file for hours without using it... jobs urgent for morning end up only filled in in the afternoon!!! then wat's the point of putting urgent??? Else nv update the form to the hard copy at all... write the form oso dunno hw to copy the exact wordings... from "send AM9 Del Cert & BOS and collect LRIT AML" to "collect 9 Del Cert and 3 BOS"... collection of the so call documents would have cost the despatch $281... Eventually the other party call me up to ask wat exactly do i wan.... -_-

i noe she is new but she cant keep using that excuse and nv learn.... if i am going to do your job, y dun u give me yr pay as well??? wat's the point of informing the person's mistakes and nthg gets done/changed???
