Super unhappy yday...
one of our mngr C saw our 2nd director b4 lunch and director was asking abt Hxx1 dwg for our tanker... so C went to ask my boss then realise is M tat side havent submit all the drawings for approval... then M was saying Hxx8 and Hxx1 which one more urgent both oso chasing.. then my boss say "aiya some pple are like tat... cant submit wat they have on hand first, wanna submit all at one time..."
then this
other irritating mngr say "ya lor... wynne oso like tat.. docs wanna wait all one time then wanna send out"... but the thing is the doc i prepare one mth b4 liao.. then CNY tat wk when i was on leave, min ask the mngr to acknowledge the handover list i have then he can pass to the customer but he dun dare to sign for the docs... say wait for me to come back then ask me to send out... i have the evidence of documents prepared and all the while i was chasing him to pass to customer B4 i go on leave... my boss nv say anything but i am really really frustrated... cos tis is not the first time tis mngr find trouble with me..
the other time we had christening in the yard and i was called in last min to assist... b4 i agreed to help, i ask E to inform my boss and get his permission... lucky tis time she rmb to ask... AGAIN this mngr complained to my boss ask "how come this kind of things wynne is always involved..." Lucky my boss replied back "I am aware and had given permission" then this mngr kept quiet...
Juz becos he wanna protect himself cos he made too many errors recently then kena scolding from my boss he wanna create problems for others.. he not only complained abt me, complained abt another colleague J, he also keep finding problem with Min... anyhow bully min and blame min for his own mistakes... tink partly becos i tok back to him and making known tat the fault doesnt lie with Min he is unhappy with me...
everytime docs come in we will ask if wanna send to charterer or keep with us.. so whoever is involved in the project we will double cfm with the person... we asked for customer exact address or agent so tat we can send to customers BUT HE is the one who says the customer's address cant recd docs, else he will say customer have representatives coming here so wait till then to pass to customer... there was a couple of times he told us not to send out the certs and end up the vsls have problems entering port then when my boss ask hw come certs still in our office HE say ya lah... min and wynne nv arrange to send out....
i was helping him to arrange STCW cert for the crew who is supposed to replace a C/E in India and the doc was ready yday evening... so i went to his room to inform him tat collection will b done today... it is WHEN he HIMSELF told me tat the STCW for other crews are all STILL SITTING in his room... nw say he's waiting for last guy... IDIOT.... isnt tis wat he was complaining to my boss abt me during lunch???? Pot calling kettle black....
