Congrats to DK & Melissa... May the both of you have a happy, blissful, long lasting marriage...
we just kinda got back from the wedding at the Regents... so blog in case i forgotten what i forgot to retype the other day... :P

back to the second part of the blog for the other day when i keep having errors.. i was trying to update some of you about a thot which had been going thru my mind for some time... finally i pluck up the courage and register for it... I had signed up for HAIR FOR HOPE 2011 in support of the Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF)...

WHY SHAVE??? Through this symbolic gesture, we aim to:
1. Create awareness of childhood cancer in Singapore.
2. Show children with cancer and their families that they are not alone in their fight against cancer.
3. Tell children with cancer that it is OK to be bald.
4. Raise funds to help children with cancer and their families.
5. Build a community of support for children with cancer and their families.

Reasons for participating...
1. time to do some goodness and repay back for all the blessings i had received...
2. encourage a loved one that losing hair is not that bad... baldness can be the new pretty...
3. initially i tot this event is donating our hair to make wig for ppl who cant afford the wigs but end up that was a complete different event all together.. so since i found out about this event, i tot it would be interesting to participate to raise funds, awareness and for fun...
4. i tink my hair is my best asset... since i dun have much money, i shd contribute back by effort... use my "勇气" to raise some awareness and get some donations... lol... my colleagues are all quite supportive...

SO please go support... next week i will be bald.. LOL
